DAVID GARDINER :: NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
LLM (Hons), LLB, BA
Professor Gardiner brings extensive legal and corporate
governance expertise to Tissue Therapies' Board.
For the past 30 years, David has been a Barrister-at-Law for the Supreme and High Courts of Australia.
He is currently a Professor of Law and Deputy-Vice Chancellor of Queensland University of Technology.
David has previously held positions in private law practice and as a senior law officer for the Federal Attorney-General's Department and Office of the Solicitor-General in Australia.
In addition to consulting to a number of Government Departments and law firms, David is a Board member of eight companies, including Queensland Biotechnology company, Farmacule BioIndustries Pty Limited.
