GREG BAYNTON :: DIRECTOR

Greg Baynton is Managing Director of Orbit Capital, a private investment bank and holder of an
Australian Financial Services Licence. He comes from a background in merchant banking and
Queensland Treasury. He is founder of a junior ASX-listed oil and gas exploration company,
a Director of, and corporate advisor to a junior ASX-listed gold explorer. He serves on the
boards of three emerging Australian biotechnology companies. He has been directly involved in
structuring, establishing, raising capital and managing new ventures in a diverse group of
industries in recent years from pre-seed opportunities to Initial Public Offerings.
Greg holds a Masters of Economic Studies (UofQ), an MBA in New Venture Management (QUT), a Graduate Diploma in Applied
Finance and Investment (SIA), and a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy). He is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute
of Company Directors and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.
